Identity providers
These process data only when one of your users chooses to sign in with them. They are not used otherwise, and no data flows to them for any other purpose.

What we do not use
We want this to be explicit, because the absence is deliberate:
- No analytics or product-telemetry provider. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no session recording, no third-party tracking of any kind.
- No advertising or marketing-attribution platform.
- No AI or machine-learning provider. No data is sent to any model provider, for inference or for training.
- No payment processor, custodian or wallet provider. mnd8t never holds funds or credentials, so it has no need of one.
- No customer support or CRM tool with access to service data.
International transfers
Service and account data is processed in the United Kingdom. Where a sub-processor's support or edge infrastructure results in a transfer outside the UK, that transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on UK adequacy regulations where they apply.
Changes
We will update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data, and notify account holders at least [NOTICE PERIOD] in advance. If you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, contact us at privacy@mnd8t.com and we will work with you or, failing agreement, allow you to terminate without penalty.
